CareerLAB is a 12 week fellowship program that is designed for Asian high school, undergrad college students, and early career professionals to gain work experience and professional development skills. The program simulates a real corporate setting structure to teach the fellows how to receive and give feedback, pivot and hit deadlines and own a project. Fellows will also be attending weekly professional development workshops taught by our mentors from our directory to learn more about strategic communication, professional infrastructure, and corporate navigation.
