Who can become a mentor?

You don’t have to be Asian! We welcome all professionals & at all stages—from those just a few years into their career to seasoned executives. If you have experience to share and a heart for the community, you belong here.

How much time do I need to commit?

You are in total control of your schedule. You decide how many mentees you can take on and how often you are available for sessions.

What if a mentee is not a good fit?

The 15-minute consultation is designed for exactly this. If you feel you aren't the right person to help a specific mentee, you can politely let them know and point them back to the directory.

Do I need teaching experience?

Not at all. You just need your own story. Your "lived experience" is the most valuable tool you have to offer.
